Hii... I have a place I want to put them in my hallway, which is about 5m long and 2.4 high. The wall is white, but I already have rows of spots on the ceiling that can be moved around. The images I want to use are totally random - landscapes, cityscapes, seascapes, cars, planes, abstract etc. As this is the case, I am thinking of putting them in a random order on the wall (eg not grouped by subject), which I hope will make it easier to add to in future? I don’t really feel comfortable with having them displayed in ordered rows. I would rather have various sizes/shapes so they look randomly positioned on the wall. From the examples I have seen when investigating, this appeals to me most. How can I do this so it looks good? Are there any rules to follow? Regarding getting frames for the images, I really haven’t a clue: Frame type/color do I go for the same color, or do I select different colored/types (wood/silver/plain) frames to somehow match the images? Do I add mounts and if so what color? What size frames/mounts should I get? I will be printing the images myself so can resize and change ratio as required within reason. Any help or advice would be appreciated Thanks..! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
